The Electrical Cabinet is divided into a power distribution cabinet (box), a lighting distribution cabinet (box), and a metering cabinet (box).

It is the final equipment of the power distribution system. The Electrical Box is the collective name for the motor control center. The Electrical Cabinet is used in occasions where the load is relatively dispersed and there are fewer circuits; the motor control center is used in the occasions where the load is concentrated and there are more circuits.

So how to produce distribution boxes? The production of the Electrical Cabinet includes the production and assembly of the box shell and the installation of the wiring of the cabinet.

The production process of the box shell is: CNC blanking, CNC punching, CNC bending, assembly

Step 1: CNC Blanking

We use the hydraulic shearing machine to blank the sheet to the suitable size to make the electrical cabinet, below is the machine working video, you can have a look

Step 2: CNC Punching And Cutting

Next, we use the CNC turret punch machine and CNC fiber laser cutting machine to punch and make the special design.

Laser cutting machine is used to cut the material into specific size

Step 3: CNC Bending

Thirdly, we use the CNC press brake machine to bend the sheet, normally is with 90 degree
