2 axis Press Brake Using the working principle of 2 axis press brake , after optimizing the structure, add two servo motors , one to control the movement of the back gauge, the other to control the bending depth of the slide down.
Through the combination of the CNC system, it can have automatic positioning and repeated positioning.
Retreat when folding the workpiece, multiple steps, different angles, memory saving and other functions.
The 2 axis press brake uses the equipped mold (general or special mold) to bend the cold metal sheet into various geometric cross-sectional shapes.
It is a sheet forming machine that design for cold-rolled sheet metal processing, and widely use in sheet bending processing in industries such as automobiles, aircraft manufacturing, light industry, shipbuilding, containers, elevators, and railway vehicles.
2 axis press brake generally use special numerical control systems for bending machines. It can automatically realize slide operation depth control, slide left and right tilt adjustment.
Also with rear stopper forward and backward adjustment, left and right adjustment, pressure tonnage adjustment, and slide approach speed adjustment and many more.
The bending machine can easily realize the slide-down, jog, continuous, pressure-holding, return, and midway stop actions, and complete multiple bends of the same angle or different angles in one feeding.
2 axis Press Brake Main features
The whole welded machine structure achieves high rigidity; the machine designe by ANSYS software which can ensure the reliability and precision of the press brake.
The servo motors for back-gauge and ram stroke controlled by servo driver, which can achieve high positioning accuracy of the back-gauge and can work with high speed.
X axis (Back-gauge) and Y axis (Ram stroke or cylinder stroke) can be programmed by the controller, which can set the bending angle directly.
Side and rear metal safety guard meets European safety standard.
The back-gauge will be equipped with linear guide and ball screw.
Hydraulic overload can be protected by overflow valve, System pressure can be regulated by pressure switch easily.
Foot switch with emergency button can stop the machine immediately when accident happens.
