Slider movement failure

Treatment method of deformation failure of slider of CNC bending machine
Debug the parameters of the Y-axis. The bending parameters of the CNC bending machine should adjust according to the actual situation. If the department gain is too small, the slider will not bend or bend in place, and the slider will jitter if it is too large, so the parameters also need to adjust.
When moving, the slider does not jitter, and the gain should be as large as possible; or the left and right valve offsets in the diagnostic program of the bending machine which not set properly, the Y axis cannot be in place if it is too small, and the Y axis cannot be unloaded if it is too large;
if it is a hydraulic failure, Need to check the main pressure, check whether the PV valve S5 is always in the energized position;
For the bending machine, the parameter gain of the Y-axis bending department may set too small,
but it can be increased appropriately; or the pressure is not enough, and the reason for the insufficient pressure analyze.
The programming reason is still the signal and hydraulic department reason; the programming reasons are mainly mold selection and plate Thickness, material, length of workpiece, bending method, etc.

The regular maintenance of the bending machine divides into several aspects
(1) Appearance maintenance: the machine tool should be wiped clean, without oil and dirt; if the parts are defective, they should be equipped.
(2) Maintenance of the upper slide block: check and adjust the parallelism between the upper slide block and the worktable, trim the slide block and remove the burrs of the guide rail,
and adjust the gaps in each part appropriately; check and adjust the direct control balance valve, wipe the guide rail, screw,

(3) Electrical maintenance: clean and wipe the electric idea and electrical box, add or replace the grease in time; check whether the fastening device is loose, and check the wiring and control system.
(4)Hydraulic lubrication maintenance: clean and inspect oil pumps, cylinders, pistons, filters, reversing valves, etc., burrs should remove, and wear should be replaced;
oil quality and quantity should be checked, and the oil path should be unobstructed.
