Sheet metal bending always finish in the press brake machine. When you bend different size sheet, maybe need choose different kinds press brake machine, also the bending mold.
However when the bending size is too small, what need to you ? Below are some methods you can use, when meet it.
A.Eccentric bending method
Eccentric bending has the difference between the front and back of the down die. When processing, the difference is made depending on whether the drawing is on the inside or outside of the bending line. In addition, eccentric bending is a special processing method and has a certain degree of danger. It will not adopt except under special circumstances
B.Bending method after crimping
Due to the shearing effect of eccentric bending, some products with high surface requirements are not used. The timing of press line bending is the same as that of eccentric bending. Before bending, an 88 degree tool or a special press line die can be used for bending. Press the line at the bend, and then bend it with a normal mold.
C.Small V groove bend large angle and large V compression
When the shape of internal bending workpiece with limited, using this method
D. Bending with gasket
For small quantity and high processing shape requirements, use this processing method
a. Choose the thickness of the gasket to process the thickness of the plate.
b. When choosing V groove, calculate with two plate thickness
When bending and pulling round hole , can use processed hole before the bending
When bending and pulling square hole, the simple die can be used for secondary processing.
E.Special processing of L bending:
Adopts feeding bending, and removes excess material after bending (secondary processing)
G. Packaging material bending
Divide the outer material bending and inner packaging material bending, (as shown in the figure below)
Pad grooves should be opened at the corners of the wrapping material to prevent extrusion deformation after processing.
Inner packing material bending = => bend first, A, B and then C
Outsourcing material bending ==> first bending C, then bending A, B
