NC  5000mm CYBELEC CT8 Press Brake generally uses special numerical control systems for bending machines. It can automatically realize slide operation depth control, slide left and right tilt adjustment.

Also with rear stopper forward and backward adjustment, left and right adjustment, pressure tonnage adjustment, and slide approach speed adjustment, and many more.

The bending machine can easily realize the slide-down, jog, continuous, pressure-holding, return, and midway stop actions, and complete multiple bends of the same angle or different angles in one feeding.

The whole welded machine structure achieves high rigidity; the machine is designed by ANSYS software which can ensure the reliability and precision of the press brake.

The servo motors for back-gauge and ram stroke are controlled by the servo driver, achieving a high positioning accuracy of the back-gauge and working with high speed.

The X-axis (Back-gauge) and Y-axis (Ram stroke or cylinder stroke) can be programmed by the controller, which can set the bending angle directly.

The side and rear metal safety guard meet the European safety standards.

The back gauge will be equipped with a linear guide and ball screw.

Hydraulic overload can be protected by an overflow valve, System pressure can be regulated by a pressure switch easily.

A footswitch with an emergency button can stop the machine immediately when an accident happens.
