40T Sheet Bending Machine Using the working principle of the NC iron press brake, after optimizing the structure, add two servo motors, one to control the movement of the back gauge, the other to control the bending depth of the slide down.
Through the combination of the CNC system, the NC iron press brake can have automatic positioning and repeated positioning.

The 40T Sheet Bending Machine can easily realize the slide-down, jog, continuous, pressure-holding, return, and midway stop actions, and complete multiple bends of the same angle or different angles in one feeding.
40T Sheet Bending Machine Main features
The whole welded machine structure achieves high rigidity; the machine design by ANSYS software can ensure the reliability and precision of the press brake.
The servo motors for back-gauge and ram stroke are controlled by a servo driver, which can achieve a high positioning accuracy of the back-gauge and can work with high speed.
The X-axis (Back-gauge) and Y-axis (Ram stroke or cylinder stroke) can be programmed by the controller, which can set the bending angle directly.
The side and rear metal safety guard meet the European safety standards.
The back gauge will be equipped with a linear guide and ball screw.
Hydraulic overload can be protected by an overflow valve, System pressure can be regulated by a pressure switch easily.
A footswitch with an emergency button can stop the machine immediately when an accident happens.
